Biden: “I Don’t Know Pete Doocy’s Parents, So I Had No Right to Call Him a Son of a Bitch.”

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Yesterday, a Fox News White House reporter asked President Joe Biden two questions during a press conference, both of which seemed to annoy the president. Fox’s Peter Doocy — who has garnered a reputation for confrontational questioning of Press Secretary Jen Psaki during her briefings — asked Biden a question about Ukraine and another on inflation, both of which Biden thought were not serious questions.

After sarcastically answering Doocy’s question about Ukraine, the Fox reporter tried pivoting to inflation. That’s when Biden once more answered Doocy with heavy sarcasm, and then, muttered that Doocy is a “stupid son of a bitch.”

A clip of the exchange is seen below.

This morning, President Biden issued a direct apology to the American people, and to Doocy as well. Biden’s apology states that he is a “big supporter of the First Amendment,” but that he should have “shown more restraint and precision” in the words he chose to use to describe the Fox reporter.

“While it is every American citizen’s right to express themselves, and I am big supporter of the First Amendment, I should have chosen my words more carefully, and shown more restraint and precision,” Biden’s apology states.

“Even though Pete’s stupidity is a matter of public record, and quite self-evident, the simple truth is that I don’t really know Petey’s parents. I can’t assume they’re bitches, even though Pete’s a bitch and the bitch apple doesn’t usually fall too far from the bitch tree. But in fairness, I don’t know Pete Doocy’s parents, so I had no right to call him a son of a bitch.”

Doocy couldn’t be pulled away from trying to replace a light socket with a fork in time to obtain a comment on this story.
